Don’t do it. Instead run towards your kitchen cabinet. perhaps you are not aware that many of the spices we use in our food act as effective cure for many an ailment. Fenugreek is one if the spices frequently used in the Indian homes. There is a practice of feeding the mother to be with special foods and snacks. There are many rituals connected with pregnancy where in the would be mothers are fed with sweets in which Fenugreek is one of the ingredients. The reason is it’s a galactagogue. It means that Fenugreek is a great Milk booster in Mothers.
